Job summary

Foot Locker is hiring a Sales Associate to bring sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. You’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and help the team hit sales goals while ensuring a fun, inclusive store experience. You’ll assist with online orders and store operations to keep the floor looking fresh.

The role emphasizes connecting with customers, presenting apparel, and maintaining high energy. Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team oriented environment.
• Have a solution-oriented mindset.
• Jump in where needed to support the team.
