Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to bring sneaker culture to life on the sales floor and connect with customers while sharing product knowledge. You will help the team hit sales goals and contribute to an energetic, inclusive store environment.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, product presentation, and supporting daily store operations, with opportunities to learn and grow through coaching and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team oriented environment.
• Have a solution-oriented mindset.
• Jump in where needed to support the team.
