Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Sales Associate to bring sneaker culture to life on the sales floor. The role focuses on connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, and delivering a fun, high-energy store experience while helping the team hit sales goals.

You will be a brand ambassador, helping customers find the right styles and fits, supporting daily store operations, and keeping the store looking fresh and ready for customers.

Qualifications

• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, motivated, a great teammate, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.
