Golden Goose Group is seeking a passionate talent to build our customer experience through bespoke co-creation in-store. You will transform GG items into distinctive pieces, guiding clients with empathy and storytelling to reflect their identity.

This role emphasizes artistic crafting, strong English language skills, and a proactive sales mindset within a dynamic retail environment in Bruxelles. Training and collaboration with team members will drive customer loyalty and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English. Additional language knowledge is a plus.
• Sales experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Artistic skills and hand-drawing abilities (marker, watercolor, acrylic, light embroidery and basic sewing).
• Empathy, communication and teamwork are essential.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs.
• High school degree; design field is preferable.

Responsabilités

• Co-create personalized GG products with clients using drawing and illustration techniques.
• Guide clients through a co-creation experience, preserving brand storytelling.
• Contribute to sales through cross-selling and upselling; support pre- and post-sale activities.
• Register customers on the Golden App for segmentation and profiling.
• Maintain the co-creation area according to visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory management, GDPR and health & safety compliance.
• Utilize IT and digital tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance processes.
