Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Retail Route Merchandiser to stock vending machines and micro-markets across client locations. You’ll build relationships, upsell, and maintain product quality while driving safely in the field.

This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to work independently with excellent service delivery. Route/delivery experience is preferred; location is Tennessee.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED not specified as mandatory in ad.
• Merchandising and route experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and handle physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Stock vending machines and micro-markets according to store layouts and POGs.
• Load/unload products to ensure ready-for-delivery with proper safety procedures.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver merchandise and maintain communication with management.
• Handle cash at kiosks and follow loss-prevention protocols.
• Inspect food quality and report stale products; complete inventory counts as required.
