Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Retail Route Merchandiser to represent our brand at client locations, ensuring vending machines and micro-markets are stocked, clean, and visually appealing while building relationships with store teams.

You’ll manage inventory, promote deals, and work independently on a route that emphasizes upselling and great service. Safe driving, detail-orientation, and reliability are essential in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must consent to drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform route duties.
• DOT physical/age requirements apply (21+).

Responsibilities

• Stock vending machines and micro-markets per layout and promotions.
• Maintain inventory levels and restock items as needed.
• Deliver merchandise safely using company vehicle.
• Collect cash from kiosks and follow cash-handling protocols.
• Inspect food quality and report stale products.
• Greet customers and upsell products when appropriate.
• Complete full inventory counts as designated by protocol.
• Ensure proper refrigeration and cleanliness at POS.
