Job summary

Shearer’s Foods, Inc. is hiring for a Snack Food Packer Team Member at the Brewster location. Shifts run 12 hours, either 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, with pay of $19.30 hourly and an extra $3 for night shifts. You will ensure product quality and help support efficient production in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and counting skills; ability to stand 8 hours and lift 25+ pounds.
• Willingness to work as part of a manufacturing/warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes and pack product from the packaging tables into cases.
• Inspect finished product and assure quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and efficient operation of the facility.
• Support the team as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
