Shearer’s Foods, Inc. is hiring a Packer Team Member at the Waterford Plant in Waterford, Pennsylvania. The role focuses on producing high-quality snacks, packing finished goods, and supporting a clean, efficient facility.

You will be part of a driven team that ensures products meet our high standards for customers and celebrations. Starting pay is $16.20 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to quality control and daily operations while working a steady daytime shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00

Qualifications

• Basic math and counting skills are required.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours and lift up to 25+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes and pack bagged product from packaging tables into cases.
• Place cases on pallets and inspect finished product for quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and support efficient operation of the facility.
• Support team as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
