You’ll coach teammates, promote a positive culture, and uphold food-safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized work area. The role requires physical stamina, comfort with fast-paced environments, and the ability to lead with care and humor when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or packing lines is helpful.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Comfortable with physically demanding shifts and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate packaging equipment including weights, sealing, film splicing, and date coding.
• Support the team to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.
