Job summary

Dieffenbach’s Snacks seeks a frontline supervisor to keep snack operations safe, smooth, and successful. You will guide daily production, coach and develop team members, and grow your leadership skills with mentorship from seasoned Supervisors and Managers.

You’ll build trust, foster a people-first culture, and ensure clear shift goals, safety, and priorities. The role blends people leadership with process mastery in a fast-paced environment.

• Reinforce GMPs and food safety practices daily.

You’ll step into one of our frontline leaders who keeps our snack operations safe, smooth, and successful. Think: people leadership meets process mastery. You’ll guide daily production, coach and develop team members, and help shape the future of our operation. And you won’t do it alone — you’ll be mentored by experienced Supervisors and Managers as you grow your skills in problem-solving, safety, and quality.

Lead People

Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Reinforce GMPs and food safety practices every day.

Spot issues early, elevate fast, and keep the lines flowing.
