Shearer’s Foods is hiring a Snack Food Packer for day or night shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will assemble boxes, pack bagged products, inspect quality and help maintain a clean, efficient operation.

We require basic math, the ability to stand for long periods, and the capacity to lift up to 25 pounds. The role emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and contributing to a high-quality snack line.

Qualifications

• We want team players who communicate well and work cooperatively.
• Basic math and counting skills are required; experience in manufacturing or warehouse is a plus.
• Stand for up to eight hours and lift up to 25+ pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble boxes and pack bagged product from the packaging tables into cases and place on pallets.
• Inspect finished product and assure quality for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure efficient operation of the facility.
• Support your team and perform other duties as assigned.
