Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to safely and efficiently run snack packaging lines. You will read production schedules, print labels, perform maintenance, and ensure accurate weight control and quality.

The role requires teamwork, adherence to safety protocols and ability to handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of production experience in manufacturing.
• Lockout/tagout certification required or to be earned within three months.
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs regularly and work in a hot, humid environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate snack packaging machinery safely and efficiently under supervision.
• Read and follow production schedules and records, including labeling and verification.
• Perform routine maintenance, changeovers and basic repairs as needed.
• Assist with quality checks, sanitation and safety procedures.
