Job summary

The Campbell's Company in Ashland, OH is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator to safely and efficiently run snack packaging equipment on the production line. This role partners with the packaging team to ensure smooth operation and adherence to production schedules.

You will read the production schedule, monitor codes and weights, perform changeovers, keep work areas clean, and report maintenance needs. A high school diploma and 1 year of manufacturing experience are required; overtime may be

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Responsibilities

• Reads production schedule and plans accordingly.
• Monitors codes, dates and prices to maintain packaging operation.
• Keeps an adequate supply of roll stock and packaging materials readily available.
• Performs machine setups, changeovers and proper running procedures.
• Reports maintenance issues to the Maintenance Mechanic or Supervisor.
• Maintains clean work areas and adheres to safety guidelines.
