Monogram Foods in Martinsville, VA is seeking an experienced Microwave Operator / Batching Operator for the 2nd shift. The role supports wet processing of snack foods, handling raw materials, spicing and batching with kettles and grinders.

You will perform safety- conscious work, maintain accurate batch reports, and ensure proper labeling and testing samples. The position requires standing for long periods and a readiness for extended hours as needed.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years old and not enrolled in high school to apply.
• Knowledge of industrial machine operation and safety practices.
• Ability to complete paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Stand on concrete and work in hot/cold environments; wear PPE.

Mansioni

• Prepare and defrost frozen meat prior to processing.
• Operate flaking, mixing and grinding machinery; move kettles and lines.
• Weight and dispense ingredients; run batching and record lot numbers.
• Send product samples to lab for testing and maintain batch reports.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow GMP/HACCP procedures.
