Job summary

Snack Innovations in Piscataway, NJ seeks a Co-Manufacturing Manager to oversee offsite co-pack operations, align with safety, quality, and cost standards, and partner with external manufacturing partners.

You will monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement, manage relationships with co-pack facilities, and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and R&D to meet customer requirements. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in food manufacturing preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or co-packing.
• Experience with third-party manufacturers or contract packaging partners.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, allergen management, and sanitation programs.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee co-pack manufacturing locations and monitor KPI performance.
• Ensure production plans are executed on time to meet demand and inventory needs.
• Review capacity, labor efficiency, yield, and waste metrics with facility leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Manage relationships with co-pack partners and internal stakeholders (Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D).
• Support audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections.
• Address performance gaps with action plans and reporting to leadership.
