Job summary

Snack Innovations, located in Piscataway, New Jersey, seeks a highly organized Manufacturing Support Coordinator to assist day-to-day administrative and operational activities at our NJ facility. Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing environment.
• Food manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
• Administrative, purchasing, procurement, or vendor coordination experience preferred.
• Experience tracking purchase orders and vendor timelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong communication across departments.
• Proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word; ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review product information, packaging details, specifications, and related documents for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized packaging records, product information, spreadsheets, files, and internal documentation
• Review new packaging when ordered or received against approved information and escalate discrepancies
• Assist with forms, reports, labels, and other documentation needed to support manufacturing and packaging activities
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding purchase orders, timelines, shipments, deliveries, and outstanding information
• Track purchase orders, materials, shipments, and status updates against production needs and deadlines
• Follow up on open items to ensure required materials and deliverables remain on schedule
• Identify delays and issues that could affect production or packaging timelines
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Operations, Procurement, and other teams
• Assist with cross-functional projects and coordinate information among internal departments
• Attend meetings, document updates and action items, and communicate follow-up information
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on assignments and deadlines
• Manage multiple priorities while responding to changing production and business needs
