Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to support in-store merchandising and ordering. You will work with sales reps to optimize shelf visibility, build promotional displays, and ensure timely stock and plan execution across assigned stores in the Des Plaines and Wheeling areas.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a High School diploma or GED, and can drive their own vehicle.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old with valid REAL ID, passport, or federal ID for access to facilities.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple stores.
Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs.
Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in front of store staff and coordinate with sales reps to maximize product visibility.
Conduct in-store visits and capture display photos per DSD Merchandising steps.
Place and manage orders via iPad to keep shelves stocked and displays current.
Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and maintained per guidelines.
Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to management.
Follow daily merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while in stores.
