Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to execute in-store merchandising for brands like Oreo and Ritz. You will stock shelves, build displays, and place product orders via iPad/Salesforce to keep items in stock and visible.

You will visit multiple stores, maintain strong relationships with store personnel, and follow RTM plans while supporting launches and seasonal events. The role requires independence, reliability, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and moving objects up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store and be the face of the brands.
• Stock shelves and execute displays to ensure products are visible and accessible.
• Place orders via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Capture display photos and report to RTM via DMI.
• Build relationships with store personnel for effective merchandising.
• Follow RTM plans and schedule to cover assigned stores efficiently.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility events.
• Provide store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management team.
