Mondelēz International in Marshfield, WI seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store, stock shelves, and ensure shoppers find their favorites where expected. You will visit stores, build relationships, place orders via iPad using Salesforce, and capture promotional displays.

The role requires 18+, driver’s license, HS diploma, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18+ and valid driver’s license for state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive lifting and moving up to 25 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of iconic brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal launches and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Ensure safety, abide by policies, and manage the physical tasks involved.
