Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to serve Vandalia, IL and Effingham, IL areas. You will manage in-store displays, stock shelves, and place orders to keep products available, driving brand visibility and shopper satisfaction.

The role requires mobility, a valid ID, a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and the ability to work Tue–Sat. Be part of a team delivering iconic brands to retailers and consumers daily.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid REAL ID driver’s license/U.S. passport or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Vandalia, IL; service Effingham, IL.
• Schedule availability: Tuesday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety and physical requirements of the role.
