Mondelez International in Dallas, TX is seeking a Full-Time Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll stock shelves, build eye-catching displays, and write orders via iPad using Salesforce, ensuring products are in stock and front-and-center.

The role requires at least 18, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. You'll work four weekdays and one weekend day, with early start times.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs; occasionally push/pull over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Dallas, TX; Plano as secondary location.
• Schedule: four weekdays and one weekend day; start by 5 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of iconic brands with professionalism.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel for execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and align with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM and team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety and compliance; perform physical duties such as lifting and moving products.
