Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in U.S. retailers. You will visit stores, stock shelves, and drive product orders via iPad while following DSD merchandising standards.

You’ll build partnerships with store teams, execute displays, and support seasonal launches, all while adhering to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of primary location: Bellingham, WA; service Oak Harbor area.
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM start; service Oak Harbor Commissary.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of iconic brands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and management.
• Execute daily store visits, capture display photos via DMI, and stock shelves.
• Order product via iPad and Salesforce to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant while performing physical merchandising tasks.
