Job summary

Alpine Country Club in Highland, UT seeks a Snack Bar Bartender and Mobile Beverage Cart Attendant to deliver exceptional beverage and light food service to members and guests at the snack bar and on the course.

The role requires bartending experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+, with valid alcohol-service certifications and a valid driver's license for cart operations. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Bar-tending and/or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain and maintain alcohol service certifications per state law.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors when cart is in use.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for mobile cart operation.

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Snack Bar Bartender & Mobile Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional beverage and light food service to members and guests both at our snack bar and on our mobile beverage cart. The ideal candidate will have bartending experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with club policies and state regulations.

Operate the mobile beverage cart, ensuring prompt and friendly service to golfers on the course.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar and beverage cart, including restocking supplies as needed.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.

Engage with members and guests in a professional and friendly manner, enhancing their overall experience.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting shortages to management.
