Job summary

Alpine Country Club in Highland, UT seeks a Snack Bar Bartender and Mobile Beverage Cart Attendant to deliver exceptional beverage and light food service to members and guests at the snack bar and on the course.

The role requires bartending experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+, with valid alcohol-service certifications and a valid driver's license for cart operations. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Bar-tending and/or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and cocktails.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain and maintain alcohol service certifications per state law.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors when cart is in use.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record for mobile cart operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests as per club policies and state regulations.
• Operate the mobile beverage cart and provide prompt, friendly service on the course.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of snack bar and beverage cart; restock as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure health regulations compliance.
• Engage with members and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
• Assist with special events and club functions as needed.
• Adhere to club policies, including responsible alcohol service and dress code.
