We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focusedSnack Bar Attendantto join our team. As a Snack Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant experience for our members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for hospitality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up daily par/prep and organize the snack bar to ensure readiness for operation.
• Prepare, store, and serve all food and beverage items while adhering to Colonial’s quality standards.
• Communicate with the Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager regarding special product needs or issues with food quality or presentation.
• Consistently present snack bar food items as designated by the F&B Manager, ensuring adherence to quality and aesthetic standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and report shortages to management to ensure continuous stock availability.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure proper stock rotation and minimize waste.
• Handle daily financial closing procedures, including accurate transactions and balancing the snack bar’s accounts.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and snack bar area, meeting health and safety standards.
• Participate in in-service training sessions to stay informed about best practices and operational updates.
• Ensure the snack bar’s overall appearance aligns with Colonial’s high standards.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is highly desirable. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

NOTE:The schedule may vary per operational needs and include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Colonial Country Club hosts various events and tournaments yearly; flexibility is required.
