Job summary

Arcis Golf’s River Place Club location in Austin, TX is seeking a team member to assist guests with food and beverage selections, manage payments, and maintain high standards of service and cleanliness across the course and facilities. You will help with cart setup and breakdown while engaging with members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections; make recommendations and inform of current specials.
• Take payments for beverages and snacks using prescribed cash procedures.
• Ensure alcohol is not dispensed to anyone under 21.
• Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards; ensure cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities.
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures.

On The Job

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections: make recommendations, inform of current specials, promote food and beverage products
• Take payments for beverages and snacks utilizing prescribed cash procedures
• Ensure the alcoholic beverages are not dispenses to people under the age of 21
• Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards, and contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures
