Job summary

Arcis Golf at River Place Club in Austin, TX seeks friendly team members to assist guests with food and beverage selections and promote current specials. You will handle payments and help maintain cleanliness across the cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities.

Role includes ensuring alcohol is not dispensed to those under 21, maintaining service standards, and performing cart setup and breakdown. Opportunity for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections and inform of current specials.
• Take payments for beverages and snacks using prescribed cash procedures.
• Ensure alcohol is not dispensed to individuals under 21 years old.
• Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards; keep cart, snack bar, golf course and facilities clean and organized.
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures.

On the job:

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections: make recommendations, inform of current specials, promote food and beverage products

• Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards, and contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures
