Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor industry or EDA is advantageous.
• Experience with DRC/Physical Verification.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain DRC components for GlobalFoundries RF PDKs.
• Model semiconductor processes within PEX solutions to ensure design enablement.
• Collaborate with EDA tool vendors to support DRC development and issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported DRC issues with timely solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality DRC solutions.
• Develop automation to improve DRC development, validation and quality.
• Contribute to DRC methodologies, flows and quality standards.
• Program manage PDK deliverables with stakeholders in RF technologies.
