Job summary

Jabil is seeking experienced Machine Operators to work at our Richardson, TX site. You will set up, operate, and maintain automated wave solder and SMT assembly lines, ensuring high-quality soldering on PCBs while meeting production targets.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, calibration, inventory management, and strict adherence to safety and process documentation. A high school diploma and at least one year in automated manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least one year in automated manufacturing or wave solder operations preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain IPC standards qualifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust automated manufacturing equipment per setup sheets.
• Operate wave solder machines and SMT assembly lines; ensure quality soldering.
• Maintain equipment, perform routine maintenance, and perform calibration.
• Manage materials, preload feeders, and monitor inventory of components and chemicals.
• Perform quality checks on boards, log data, and support process documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S work area and comply with safety policies.
