Job summary

SynQor is seeking an experienced SMT and THT Rework Operator for our Salem, NH facility. This role involves expert-level rework skills, supporting electrical engineering tasks, and ensuring IPC-A-610 class 3 quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment, proficiency in soldering various components, and the ability to work closely with engineers. Benefits include medical insurance, 401k match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a rework operator at an electronics manufacturing facility.
• IPC standards and specifications desired.
• Ability to use and work with a microscope.

Responsibilities

• Expert in removal and placement of fine pitch SMT ICs and THT components.
• Support engineers with experiments and work.
• Take directions from engineers on specific tasks.

Skills

Soldering small bottom terminated components

Very good eyesight

Attention to detail

Fluent English

Ability to use a computer
