Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Test Operator in San Jose, CA to perform routine go/no-go tests of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. You will set up test devices, document results, and assist with basic repairs as needed.

The role requires 4–6 years' experience with 5DX, ICT familiarity, ability to lift 50 lbs, and English language proficiency. OT and weekend work may be required in addition to a 40-hour week. Sanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience with 5DX required
• Experience with ICT preferred
• Must be able to read, write, speak English and understand verbal instructions
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to test assemblies per Test Process Instruction
• Must have basic understanding of Electronic Networking Appliances
• Available for OT and weekend work in addition to 40 hr/wk

Responsibilities

• Perform Sub assembly and system level functional test using MPI, WI, Test Procedures, e-Traveler & other supplied documentation
• Differentiate between real and false rejects and address/correct false rejects related to setup or operation
• Preferred at least 4 years experience with Telecommunications, Networking, Switchers appliances as Test Operator
