Job summary

Sanmina Corporation (Nasdaq: SANM) is a leading EMS provider seeking a Test Operator to perform routine go/no-go tests of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. You will set up test devices using hand tools or automatic test methods and document results.

May perform simple repairs and maintain malfunction logs. 1–2 years of related experience is required, with proficient written and verbal communication and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience as a Test Operator.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to test assemblies based on verbal or written instructions and Test Process Instructions.
• Basic understanding of electronic networking appliances.
• Availability for overtime and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Perform sub-assembly and system-level functional tests using MPI, WI, Test Procedures, e-Traveler, and other supplied documentation.
• Differentiate between real and false rejects; address and correct false rejects related to setup or operation.
