Qualifications

• Maintenance skills with basic hand tools and change over processes.
• Time management to keep multiple machines producing.
• Strong independent problem-solving for quality and machine issues.
• IPC 610 certification preferred.
• LOTO certification preferred.
• Electronics manufacturing background preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• This hybrid position will produce PWB.
• Operator role: Achieving quality and production goals.
• Technician role: Conducting preventive maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues during production.
• Communicating downtime and quality concerns to SMT Leadership and PEIII Group.
