Job summary

SLP Lighting LLC is seeking a 2nd shift Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of machine operators in Troy, MI. The role focuses on driving production schedule adherence, ensuring quality through kit and first-article validation, and coordinating problem solving with the SMT Manager.

Ideal candidates have prior supervision experience, excellent verbal/written communication, and a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Position is full-time with night shift hours.

Job description

Primary responsibility of this role will be to provide oversight and leadership of 2nd shift machine operators.

Experience operating SMT equipment is a significant advantage, but it is not required.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour - depending upon prior experience
