Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or related field with 3–7 years SMT experience.
• Alternatively an associate degree with 5+ years SMT experience.
• Experience with SMT lead-free processes and equipment.
• Proficient in documentation and instruction writing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and optimizes SMT processes to meet targets.
• Analyzes workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Maximizes efficiency through layout and methods.
• Recommends improvements to enhance resource utilization.
• Creates process docs, performs failure analysis, trains staff.
