Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Fixture/JIG maintenance or tooling design.
• More than 1 year of assembly process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze fixtures using CAD/UG software.
• Work cross-functionally for fixture delivery before production.
• Conduct IQC on new fixture/tools.
• Collect SMT assembly process data for yield improvement.
• Lead investigations on SMT assembly failures.
• Summarize assembly process risk points for improvement.
