Job summary

Foxlink Texas is building a new SMT manufacturing facility in Fort Worth and seeks SMT Engineers to support product development, troubleshoot equipment, and optimize processes to ensure reliable performance from the start.

You will lead RCA, validate processes for NPI, and drive continuous improvement across productivity, quality, and cost. Day, night, and overnight shifts are available at Fort Worth, TX 76177.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting SMT production equipment and processes.
• Ability to lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support New Product Introduction through process validation and readiness checks.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve SMT production and equipment issues to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
• Optimize SMT manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions for manufacturing issues.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring process validation and production readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and cost effectiveness
