Job summary

Foxlink Group is expanding its manufacturing presence in Fort Worth, Texas, launching a new SMT/PCBA facility. We seek Electronics Engineers who will support product development, troubleshoot issues, optimize processes and ensure product reliability from the ground up.

You will collaborate with TE, PE, IE, Quality, Manufacturing and suppliers, drive continuous improvement, and participate in equipment installation, commissioning and validation activities for both new and existing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in SMT/PCBA production and equipment setup.
• Ability to perform failure analysis and root cause investigations.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation (SOPs, test procedures, troubleshooting guides).
• Collaborate with TE, PE, IE, Quality, Manufacturing and vendors to resolve production issues.

Responsibilities

• Support SMT/PCBA production line electrical and electronic activities, including setup, testing, troubleshooting and production readiness.
• Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations to improve quality and reliability.
• Develop, review and maintain engineering documentation and validation reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Support installation, FAT/SAT, calibration, preventive maintenance and NPI/mass production.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support SMT/PCBA production line electrical and electronic engineering activities, including equipment setup, testing, troubleshooting, and production readiness for new and existing manufacturing processes.
• Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations for electronic assemblies, test fixtures, functional test equipment, and production-related electrical issues to improve product quality and reliability.
• Develop, review, and maintain engineering documentation, including SOPs, test procedures, troubleshooting guides, maintenance records, and equipment validation reports.
• Collaborate with TE, PE, IE, Quality, Manufacturing, and equipment vendors to resolve production issues, improve yield, reduce downtime, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support equipment installation, FAT/SAT, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, and engineering change implementation for New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production.
