Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source is seeking a SMT Pre-Loader for the 2nd shift in Batavia Township, Ohio. The role runs Monday–Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:15 AM with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour plus.

Training is provided on all required equipment, and you will join a fast-paced electronics manufacturing team preparing SMT components for production. You will load components, prepare parts for production runs, and ensure smooth handoffs to SMT lines while tracking shortages and maintaining organized

• Attention to detail and reliability are essential for precise SMT loading and handling.
• Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Training provided on all equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Load SMT components such as reels, trays, and tubes onto feeders.
• Prepare parts for automated SMT production runs.
• Deliver loaded jobs to SMT production lines.
• Unload and return parts as production jobs are completed.
• Track and communicate part shortages or equipment needs.
• Keep parts organized and handle components carefully to prevent loss or damage.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable standing, bending, stooping, and stretching throughout the shift
• Able to stay alert and focused in a production environment
• Training provided on all required equipment
