Job description

Role Overview

The candidate must understand SMT terminology and be knowledgeable about SMT component types and their package sizes. The operator should have experience with the entire SMT process, including setup, feeders, programming, stencil printing (manual and automated), solder paste application, and reflow ovens. A comprehensive understanding of IPC standards is required.

The SMT operator will operate and maintain SMT equipment such as paste printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens. The operator will also be expected to program jobs and perform related tasks.
