Job summary

Randstad USA in Milpitas, CA is hiring a machine operator to support a large expansion of our manufacturing workforce. The role focuses on setting up and running production equipment, inspecting parts to specification, and adjusting tooling to sustain quality standards.

Candidates should have PCB and/or clean room experience, be willing to work a 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM shift, and comply with all safety rules and company policies. Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed procedures and safety rules.
• Willingness to work a Mon-Fri shift from 03:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the production machine per established procedures.
• Inspect parts to specifications and perform adjustments or tool changes to maintain quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on equipment.
• Comply with company safety rules when operating machinery.
• Handle bending, lifting, standing, and walking as required.

We are going through a massive expansion of our workforce and are offering straight Monday through Friday work for candidates with PCB and or Clean Room experience. As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Duties include inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. Performing routine maintenance checks and repairs. You must comply with company safety rules and regulations in machinery operation. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
