Job summary

Abba Staffing & Consulting is seeking an SMT Operator for our Southlake facility. You will operate SMT equipment and oversee paste printing, replacement, and reflow processes to ensure high quality output.

The role requires at least one year of machine operating experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with SAP or an equivalent MRP system. Some college is desired; the candidate should be able to sit for long periods.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Electronic experience preferred.
• Some college is desired.
• Knowledge of SAP or a comparable MRP system.
• Must be able to sit for long periods.
• One year of machine operating experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT equipment during production runs.
• Ensure the highest quality of the paste printing, replacement, and reflow process.
• Accuracy of board counting/production tracking.
• Ensure that AOI 30-minute sample procedure is followed in a timely fashion.
• Birthing product serial numbers in Aegis system.
