Job summary

Variosystems LLC is seeking an SMT Operator at our Southlake, TX site to operate SMT assembly equipment safely and efficiently. You will ensure quality and contribute to continuous improvement while meeting production objectives.

The role involves supporting quality initiatives, completing documentation, and assisting with line changes and line PMs to keep production flowing smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general machine operator experience.
• Detail-oriented.
• Aegis system familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality of paste printing, placement, and reflow processes.
• Complete production tracking documents (Snapshot Forms).
• Comply with SMT procedures.
• Accurate board counting/production tracking.
• Follow AOI 30-minute sample procedure.
• Birthing product serial numbers in Aegis system.
• Perform hand placement as needed.
• Assist with line changeovers, inspections, and line PMs.
• Maintain material traceability as required.
