Job summary

KimCo Design and Manufacturing in Boise, Idaho is seeking an SMT Production Technician to support PCB manufacturing. You will set up and operate screen printers, pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens, following work instructions to maintain quality throughout the process.

Weekend shift Fri-Sun, 12 hours (6am–6pm) with a four-hour differential. Benefits include Flex Time Off, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IPC-610 requirements.
• Ability to identify SMT components and orientation markings.
• Ability to lift 30-40 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Prior experience in PCB manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Retrieval of kits and stencils from stockroom.
• Set up and tear down of screen printers and pick-and-place machines.
• Operation of all machines in SMT area.
• Completion of all required documentation for production processes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
