Job summary

Adecco is hiring experienced SMT Operators in Nampa, ID for a hands-on production role focused on setting up, operating and maintaining SMT equipment used in PCB assembly. Ideal candidates have 3+ years SMT manufacturing experience and strong IPC standard knowledge.

Pay ranges from $20 to $30 per hour DOE, with Monday–Friday 7am–3:30pm schedule. Weekly pay and benefits offered by Adecco accompany opportunities to work with a leading electronics manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of SMT manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, and J-STD-001 standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT production equipment.
• Load components into feeders and verify materials for each run.
• Read setup sheets, work instructions, and production drawings.
• Monitor SMT processes to meet quality and production goals.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on SMT equipment.
• Print solder paste and support PCB assembly for various sizes including fine-pitch and BGA.
• Identify component types and manufacturer markings.
• Inspect products and report non-conforming materials.
