Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of SMT, PCB assembly, or electronics manufacturing experience.
• Reading BOMs, mechanical drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience with feeder setup and reel loading.

Responsabilités

• Operate automated SMT pick-and-place equipment to support electronic assembly production.
• Load and unload component reels, feeders, and printed circuit boards.
• Build, set up, and tear down feeder configurations according to production requirements.
• Verify component part numbers, reels, BOMs, drawings, and work instructions for accuracy.
• Follow ESD, MSL, contamination prevention, ISO, and internal quality procedures.
• Use basic computer systems and handheld scanners to track and support production activity.
