Ducommun, Inc. is seeking a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator for the 1st shift in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on monitoring, maintaining, and operating SMT equipment to assemble circuits and ensure product quality.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and understand load plans.
• Ability to read and understand production drawings.
• Basic component identification skills.
• Ability to build electronic assemblies.
• Training per facility training matrix.

Responsabilidades

• Load and assist with setup and staging of product on SMT lines.
• Perform setup and teardown of feeders for all pick-and-place machines.
• Assist with setup and operation of pick-and-place equipment.
• Perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to analyze PCB defect data.
• Adhere to all general team member requirements and safety standards.
• Properly handle and manage hazardous waste generated in the work area.
• Perform additional assignments as required.
