Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with SMT equipment
• Experience with Fuji XPF/CP or Universal SMT machines preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and drug test

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT machines for production runs
• Load part feeders and reels into designated machine locations
• Perform line changeovers and feeder replenishment
• Adjust conveyor width and support pins for proper board transport
• Place PCBs into screen printers and perform first-piece quality checks
• Inspect boards before reflow to ensure proper part placement
• Make real-time adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on SMT equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and assist with other tasks as needed
