Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour day shifts. Overtime may be required on Fridays and occasional Saturdays.

Job Location: Spartronics, 30167 Power Line Road, Brooksville, FL 34602

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate, set-up, program, and maintain assembly machines (e.g., SMT, Wave & Selective Solder, Auto Insertion, wire cutting, etc.).
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior staff.
• Identify and resolve equipment/process defects.
• Perform machine set-ups, changeovers, and daily maintenance.
• Assist with SMT kitting, assembly, testing, and part handling.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Meet production goals and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• U.S. persons (per ITAR regulations).
• At least 1 year of SMT or relevant experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Computer literate, quality conscious, and able to interpret technical documents.
• Willing to undergo training and pass soldering classes if required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and maintain ESD certification.
