Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma with 2–5 years in an SMT environment.
• Proficient with SMT programming, setup, troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Good mechanical and electronic skills.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, troubleshoot and maintain SMT equipment.
• Lead SMT training sessions as IPC certified instructor.
• Oversee and train team members in the SMT area.
• Coordinate with engineering and planning to ensure proper material and production flow.
• Maintain records and logs for production runs and equipment maintenance.
